What fill do you use in your bags?

We have number of options for bag fill. We offer a number of Spex-Lite products according to your needs. The Elite Series Classic MC is recycled glass fill. The rail bag uses polymer plastic pellets. The BOSSGear Cube is shipped without fill or with Spex-Lite 5524B ultra light bag fill.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Shipping to the US is now available for certain products. For international inquiries please email [email protected].

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You can expect your order to be shipped within 5-7 days of placing the order depending on the current workload. Often it is within 1-2 days. If I expect it to take longer to ship, I will email you directly. An email from Canada Post will be sent with tracking information. For more information on your order please email [email protected] with your order number as the subject line.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

If you would like to e-transfer, please email [email protected] and a custom invoice will be made. For orders placed through the website, we accept most major credit cards.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If your order is an in stock item, you can cancel your order anytime before its shipping label is created. For custom orders, all sales are final.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account helps with managing orders but you can order as a guest if you wish.

How Do I Track My Order?

Use the tracking number provided to track your order through Canada Post.

How Can I Return a Product?

Unless there is a defect in the product, once shipped, all sales are final. See the Warranty page.
