Our promise to our customers is if you experience a failure in your BOSSGear product due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. In the unlikely event that you experience an equipment failure due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, email sales@bossgearca to get a return authorization and instructions will be sent in order to ship us your product.

If a product fails due to normal wear and tear, we can repair it for a nominal fee (plus shipping costs).
